Marc-Andre Fleury gets his stick stuck in boards

On Wednesday night the Pittsburgh Penguins struggled mightily during their game against the New York Rangers.  Penguins goalie Marc-Andre Fleury was clearly frustrated with the lack of help he was getting and when he went to slam his stick against the boards, the stick actually got caught between the boards and the glass.  This obviously made him even more upset because he had to go back and yank the stick out of the boards.

This wasn’t the only temper tantrum Fleury threw during their 6-1 loss to the Rangers.  After a penalty was called late in the third, Fleury took the puck, tossed it in the air and hit it straight up.  Quite frankly I’m surprised the referees didn’t give him an unsportsmanlike conduct, I’ve seen them hand those out for less than what Fleury did.

The Rangers acquired three new players at the trade deadline and all of them had major contributions during their first game together against the Penguins.  Derick Brassard had 1 goal and 3 assists, Ryane Clowe had 2 goals and 1 assist and John Moore had 1 goal.  Right now it looks like the Rangers did a great job with all of their trades and seem to be turning their season around.
