The second surprise flip of the day is three-star CB Keith Washington. Washington, a former California commit, is a Prattville, Alabama product.

Four-star TE and former Michigan commit Chris Clark announced he’ll attend UCLA on ESPNU. Losing Clark is a big blow for the Wolverines, but was expected over the last couple days. We’ll see who the staff’s backup TE plan is now….

Michigan has its first commit of the day from running-back Karan Higdon. Higdon, a former Iowa commit, is a 4-star to 247Sports.

Announcement Times: Four-Star TE Chris Clark (UCLA favorite) will announce at 8:30 am, four-star LB Roquan Smith (UCLA favorite) will announce at 11 am and five-star CB Iman Marshall (USC Favorite) will announce at 4 pm. All will be telecasted on either ESPNU or ESPN.

Tyrone Wheatley Jr. is expected to announce around 3 pm. We will know first thing in the morning where Van Jefferson sends his letter-of-intent. Mike Weber sometime between 10 am and noon.
