Alabama Weight Room sign: “Sweat is just your fat crying”

Nick Saban is a one of a kind coach.  His intense attitude has gotten him three National Championships in four years, so it obviously works.  Alabama recent opened their state of the art weight room, and some photos of signs in the weight room have popped up.

A smoothie bar that is staffed by professional smoothie makers sounds pretty cool.  I do wonder what would happen if you don’t ask for assistance and just make the smoothie yourself.  Either way, that sign is not nearly as funny as imagining weight training coaches yelling “sweat is just your fat crying” at people as they work out.  This is definitely one of the more hilarious and creative signs that I’ve seen in a weight room.  I wonder if Saban meant for this sign to be funny or not.
