It’s not often that you see a flukey or bizarre goal in a shootout, but this one is definitely one of the weirdest that you’ll ever see. The puck went straight up in the air and Corey Crawford seemed so confident that it wasn’t going in that he didn’t bother to find the puck that landed behind him and rolled into the net.
Sidney Crosby himself didn’t even know the puck was in the net until the bench started cheering.
