I think it is safe to say that Ducks forward Tim Jackman has never scored a luckier goal than this one. I think it is also safe to say that Roberto Luongo has never allowed a goal as embarrassing as this.
Jackman backhanded the puck from center ice and after taking a few wacky hops in front of Luongo, squeaked by him into the net.
Don’t worry though, after the game Luongo figured out the perfect positioning to stop center ice bouncing pucks.
I’m not sure the cardboard is regulation size, but winning 6-2 will have you in good spirits no matter what.
