PK Subban levels Chris Neil at center ice

Early in the second period, Montreal Canadiens defenseman PK Subban leveled Ottawa Senators forward Chris Neil.  Neil is known as a tough guy who doesn’t get laid out often, but on this one he yardsaled.  You could argue that this was a bit of a questionable hit since Subban left his feet, but the referees probably couldn’t tell is if he left his feet because of the momentum of the hit.  This was a Niklas Kronwall-esque hit that will merely add fuel to the fire of this escalated rivalry.
