Blackhawks take out full-page Boston Globe Ad thanking Bruins, City of Boston

The Chicago Blackhawks organization took out a full-page ad in the Boston Globe thanking the Boston Bruins and the city of Boston.  The letter, signed by Rocky Wirtz Chariman of the Wirtz Corporation and John McDonough President and CEO of the Blackhawks, thanked the Bruins for everything that happened on and off the ice during the Stanley Cup Final.  Particularly, the letter focused on thanking the city of Boston and the Bruins fans for their respect and good sportsmanship.  It’s not often that you see something like this, and it was an extremely classy gesture by the Blackhawks organization.
