Bears fan tasers his Packers wife to settle bet

Video of the infamous incident has finally emerged of the Bears fan tasing his Packers wife to settle a bet following the Bears Monday Night Football win over the Packers.  The tasing may have been consensual, but owning a stun gun is illegal in Wisconsin and the husband was charged with felony weapons possession.  Oops.
