Kevin Love Boxes Out Sumo Wrestler On ESPN’s Sports Science

If you are a newcomer to basketball and can’t grasp the concept of boxing out for a rebound, Kevin Love is the perfect  player learn from. Leading the NBA in rebounds last season, the Timberwolves power forward is an outstanding post player who excels with contact to go up for a rebound.

Love, who weighs around 250 lbs., is still somehow able to keep a sumo wrestler at 350 lb. away from the rebound with excellent technique and great body position.  Watch and learn.
