Astros’ Jon Singleton Bat Flips After Crushing Home-Run For First MLB Hit

Just a day after agreeing to a 5-year, $10 million dollar deal with the Astros, top prospect Jon Singleton, who was called up to the bigs on Tuesday, went yard on his third at-bat in the majors against the Angels. As you can see with this shot to center field, it’s no wonder why scouts are raving about the power from Singleton, a 22-year-old first baseman and the future of the Houston Astros organization. Singleton is 1-for-3 on the night after this 8th inning homer.
