Penguins’ Brian Gibbons Scores Amazing Goal-Of-The-Year Candidate In AHL

With the Pittsburgh Penguins eliminated and Brian Gibbons on a two-way contract, the Penguins sent Gibbons to the minors to help out their AHL team in the Playoffs. It looks like the decision has paid off. On Wednesday, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins advanced to the Eastern Conference Final over the Providence Bruins with a 5-4 win and Gibbons netted this beauty. This was an absolutely superb individual effort during the 4 on 4 hockey and he literally took on the entire Providence team by himself.
