KHL’s Grigory Panin delivers perhaps dirtiest headshot ever

AK Bars defenseman Grigory Panin of the KHL was suspended for one game about a month ago for a dirty hit and I’m guessing this hit will result in an even bigger suspension.  The player he hit, Matt Murley, had drawn a penalty on Panin after taking a dive and it’s safe to guess this upset Panin.  The cheap shot to Murley’s head though was probably the dirtiest headshot I’ve ever seen.  Murley is on his knees, puck out of the way and Panin drives his head straight into the dasher on an essentially defenseless player.  Just brutal.
