Ilya Kovalchuk shows off his figure skating skills, or lack thereof, in KHL All Star Skills competition

I have no idea why this is an actual event in the skills competition, but I have to believe that this will be scratched after this year.  Clearly they had never practiced together and the whole thing was sloppy and awkward.  Needless to say, Kovalchuk is not a very good figure skater and would be better off sticking to hockey.
