Someone on the Wildcats sideline is waving a “punt” flag during game vs. USC

It appears a coach or a manager of some sort for the Arizona Wildcats is waving a flag that says “punt” on the sideline against the USC Trojans.  Whoever was waving the flag last night was a busy person as Arizona would punt the ball seven times.
