Washington RB Steps Out Short Of First Down, Awarded First Down Anyways

We have our first major blown call that cost a team a game and the first weekend of college football isn’t even done yet. Washington Huskies running back Lavon Coleman stepped out of bounds short of the first down marker late in the fourth quarter but was awarded a first down anyways. Hawaii could have gotten the ball and had a chance to come back but they got hosed. How this wasn’t reviewed and overturned is beyond me.
