Top New Assistant Set To Leave Michigan For Head Coaching Job?

There are rumblings that Michigan co-DC and secondary coach Maurice Linguist is the front-runner for the Buffalo head coaching job, footballscoop reports:

Buffalo’s fairly brief search to replace Lance Leipold appears to be winding quickly towards the finish line.

Multiple sources tell FootballScoop that Michigan co-defensive coordinator Maurice Linguist is the frontrunner for the spot.

Linguist was just hired this offseason and has helped Michigan land Will Johnson and Koby Jones and be in position with several others.
