Rumblings That Michigan Has Found Its Next Defensive Coordinator

Derek Mason – Former Vanderbilt coach was recently let go. Worked DBs under Harbaugh at Stanford. Known as a defensive-minded coach, he would be a great with his connection to Harbaugh and having recruiting connections down south.

Chris Partridge – Arguably the Wolverines Ace recruiter on its staff over the past few years, Partridge’s departure to Ole Miss has been hurt not only in the recruiting department but on special teams and at linebacker. Partridge, the former 2017 Recruiter of the Year winner, should at least get a conversation about replacing Brown in Ann Arbor.
