One-Time Ohio State DE Pledge Signs With Other B1G Program

One-time Ohio State pledge Zahir Mathis, a four-star DE out of Philly, announced his commitment to Maryland during the late signing period:

 

Mathis, who saw his rankings fall outside the top 100, also considered Florida State and Michigan (where he was once believed to be visiting but never did.)

Maryland finished with the 8th best class in the B1G for 2025.
