Notre Dame Beats Out Ohio State For Top QB Transfer

Believed to be down to Notre Dame and Ohio State, former Duke QB Riley Leonard announced for the Irish:

While the Buckeyes got Ohio State on the field this past season on a last-second TD, it looks like the Irish are stealing several transfer poratl targets away from the Buckeyes.

Notre Dame also landed R.J. Oben, a DE from Duke, over Ohio State.
