There is a zero percent chance that Trevor Siemian ran a 4.38 40. I give him credit for having a sense of humor with the media though. This 40-yard-dash time would make him the fastest quarterback ever, save for Michael Vick.

Siemian, if he was being serious, is basically claiming that Northwestern can teach speed and that head coach Pat Fitzgerald is an idiot for not using him as the Wildcats running quarterback.
