NCAA Drops Penn State’s Postseason Ban, Restores Scholarships

After Ray Rice was cut it appears that the NCAA thought that this was the best time to release this news. The NCAA has restored Penn State’s postseason eligibility and starting in 2015-2016, they will be back to the full allotment of 85 scholarship. This is huge news for James Franklin and the Nittany Lions.
