DE Carlo Kemp

Kemp, the No. 307 player in the 2016 class, will be in South Bend this weekend taking in Notre Dame’s game with Navy. Michigan looks to be in very good position for Kemp, a 6-3, 255-pounder out of Boulder, Colorado.
