No. 1 Recruiting Class Is Goal For Several Michigan Commits

Michigan was briefly ranked as the No. 1 class in the country following five-star RB Kareem Walker’s pledge to the Wolverines on Thursday. However, after a pledge to Florida from a former Michigan commit on Friday, the Gators, who Michigan plays in the Citrus Bowl, overtook Michigan for the top spot in Scout.com’s rankings.

Several Michigan commits -Ahmir Mitchell and Chris Evans – took to Twitter to share their excitement with the possibility the No. 1 recruiting class in the country ends up in Ann Arbor.

The Wolverines are currently ranked as the No. 2 class to 247sports and Rivals.
