Michigan Offers QB Victor Viramontes, Harbaugh Says He Reminds Him Of Colin Kaepernick

Michigan offered QB/athlete Victor Viramontes a scholarship at its satellite camp in Fresno, California yesterday. At 6-foot-2, 220-pounds, Viramontes is ranked as the 48th best athlete in the class of 2016 according to the composite rankings.

Even with the commitment from four-star QB Brandon Peters, could Michigan be looking to get a dual-threat in the mold of Harbaugh’s former quarterback with the 49ers?
