Four-Star TE Naseir Upshur Hints At Finalists, Decision Date On Twitter

The wait for where four-star TE Naseir Upshur will play his college ball may soon be over. Upshur, the No. 4 TE in the 2016 class, gave a little hint into when a decision will come and who the finalists are.  Take a look at the below tweet and also note that Upshur changed his Twitter name to the date 8/23 (which is Sunday):

All signs point to FSU with this one especially with five-star FSU commit saying they have two silents:
