Bleacher Report’s Brian Leigh recently came out with an article making some bold predictions for the upcoming College Football season. The four teams they have making next year’s playoffs are No. 4 seed Tennessee, No. 3 Oklahoma State, No. 2 Michigan and No. 1 Notre Dame.
