Insider Makes Prediction For Top WR Recruit Oliver Martin

Oliver Martin, 247sports’ No. 67 recruit and No. 10 WR in 2017, visited Michigan for the Wolverines’ October 1st game against Wisconsin. While Notre Dame, Iowa and Michigan State once looked like the favorite, that no longer appears to be the case. Steve Wiltfong, an Insider for 247sports, put in a prediction for the Iowa City, Iowa native for the Maize and Blue:
