A DC product and the former No. 1 recruit at the QB position, Williams will be the most saught after transfer probably in the history of the transfer portal. Williams, as a true freshman, beat out Spencer Rattler for the Sooners starting job and put up massive numbers.
You would have to assume USC, where his former coach Lincoln Riley is now at, is the favorite.
