Buffalo RB James Potts Suffers Injury During TD Celebration (Video)

This is not the first time that this has happened in football, and nor will it be the last.  Buffalo RB James Potts did a hop-step when he entered the endzone and immediately grabbed for his knee.  It is safe to assume that this is at least a ligament sprain, with the potential for a tear.  Potts had previously missed last year with academic issues, and this touchdown score was on only his second collegiate rush.

You’ll notice that it was only the first quarter, so Bill was a bit excessive.
