Wisconsin’s Nigel Hayes scored a controversial layup in the final couple of minutes during Saturday’s Final Four win over Kentucky. Hayes’ bucket, that should have been called a shot-clock violation, tied the game up at 60-60. As you can see from the photo above, the clock is at 0 while the ball is still in the hands of Hayes.
