Bacari Alexander Wants Recruits To Take Notice Of Apparel Switch

Michigan AD Jim Hackett announced Tuesday that the school’s new deal with Nike will be the largest apparel deal in the country.  While the money will certainly be a plus, one of the major benefits of the Nike-Michigan deal is the fact that the basketball program will soon be sporting the Jordan brand.

Assistant coach Bacari Alexander wanted to make sure recruits took notice and tweeted out the following:

Only a handful of basketball programs use the Jordan brand – California,  Marquette UNC, Georgetown- and soon the men’s and women’s Michigan teams.
