Argentina’s Lionel Messi was awarded the Golden Ball for being the Tournament’s best player after losing in the World Cup Final to Germany. Obviously he wasn’t thrilled with the trophy because it wasn’t the one that he set out for. Personally, James Rodriguez should have won the Golden Ball and Manuel Neuer winning the Golden Glove over Tim Howard is a joke.
