Senators goalie Craig Anderson stretchered off after collision in overtime

Ottawa Senators goalie Craig Anderson was run over by Dallas Stars rookie forward Valeri Nichushkin in overtime on Sunday and was clearly in pain.  Nichushkin appeared to land on Anderson’s neck, and bent it into a funny spot.  Anderson was stretchered off as a precaution and appears to be okay.
