Joe Louis Arena has always been known for its lively boards. The Red Wings have used them as a way to make indirect passes for years. On Friday night, Niklas Kronwall simply missed the net with a shot and it turned out for the better. The shot banked off the back wall, and off Cory Schneider’s leg into the net.
