Max Talbot Can Do a One Finger Push Up (Video)

As players work to endure the NHL lockout, many have gone over to play in Europe or in Russia, while others have stayed at home and simply worked out.  While this workout looks like no simple task, it may explain why Talbot was such a force during the Pittsburgh Penguins game 7 win over the Detroit Red Wings (he’s now with the Philadelphia Flyers).

The workout looked legit until the one finger push up, I personally think he did it with his fist on the ground, but let the debate begin.  At the very least, the three finger push up, and the vertical push ups were incredible displays of balance and strength.
