Bruins and Blackhawks get into it at the end of Game 3

Boston Bruins defenseman Zdeno Chara had just about enough of Chicago Blackhawks forward Bryan Bickell.  The pushing and shoving started slowly, but Chara knocked Bickell down and ended up on top of him.  Chara is a massive human being and to see him man handle Bickell like he was a child was still impressive.

A huge scrum formed around the two and Blackhawks forward Andrew Shaw pulled Bruins forward Brad Marchand out of the scrum and the two squared off briefly.  Marchand looked as though he wanted no part of a fight with Shaw and went for the take down, but once he was on the ice, Shaw threw a massive haymaker at him.

My favorite part is after everything was over, Chara sat down on the bench like nothing had happened and had to be told by a linesman that he had been sent to the locker room. Unfortunately, NBC didn’t pick up on it, but CBC’s coverage did.
