Vikings QB Christian Ponder and ESPN’s Samantha Steele are engaged

To the chagrin of many young men who watch College Gameday religiously on Saturday mornings, Samantha Steele has gotten engaged.  Just a short time after coming public with their relationship, Minnesota Vikings QB Christian Ponder proposed to Steele.

Some photos have surfaced from the proposal and it appears that Ponder set up Christmas lights to say, “Marry Me” and gave her a massive diamond ring.

A date for the wedding is not public at this time, but given how secretive this couple has been with their relationship (for the most part), it wouldn’t shock me if they were married before the public even knew when the wedding was going to be.
