Tavon Austin and Marquise Goodwin two fastest WRs

Update: Tavon Austin officially ran a 4.34 and Marquise Goodwin 4.27

West Virginia’s Tavon Austin started Sunday’s NFL Combine with a bang, posting an unofficial 40-yard dash time of 4.25. Austin’s second time was 4.31.

Marquise Goodwin of Texas matched Austin’s 40 time later in the event.  Second time for Goodwin was 4.29. The two times are both unofficial right now, but both wide receivers were .1 off Chris Johnson’s mark of 4.24 at the 2008 combine.  Austin is wearing the green, Goodwin in the red. It appears from the GIF above that Goodwin inches out Austin.
