Seattle Cornerback Richard Sherman changes his Twitter name to Optimus Prime

Seattle cornerback Richard Sherman gained notoriety when he publicly trolled New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady on Twitter.

This week it seems that he has a different message for everyone.  Sherman will be charged with covering Calvin Johnson when the Seahawks head to Detroit, a task that is not easy for anyone.

Johnson has a very popular nickname, going by Megatron, which was given to him by former Lions wide receiver Roy Williams when he was a rookie.  So how did Richard Sherman respond?  He changed his Twitter name for this week to Optimus Prime.

For those that haven’t seen the movies, Optimus Prime is the leader of the Autobots (good guys) and they go up against Megatron and the Decepticons (bad guys).  Nothing like a little public trolling to raise the stakes for the game on Sunday.
