San Francisco 49ers fan shows his dedication with massive back tattoo

This San Francisco 49ers fan showed off his dedication with a massive back tattoo filled with 49ers legends such as Joe montant, Steve Young, Jerry Rice, Patrick Willis and former head coach Bill Walsh.  This fan was so excited about it that he tweeted the photo at Patrick Willis and Willis responded.

It’s safe to say the fan thinks it was worth it to get, especially since Patrick Willis approved it.
