Richard Sherman And Phil Bates Get Into Scuffle In Practice

Even though the NFL season is months away, the Seattle Seahawks were getting physical during minicamp practice. Wide receiver Phil Bates and cornerback Richard Sherman got into a scuffle and punches were thrown. Percy Harvin, Earl Thomas and Marshawn Lynch were involved trying to break it up and Pete Carroll stopped practice to remind them to tone it down a bit.

It seems like everything else worked out okay though at the end of practice because some of the guys were joking about it, but I bet the Seahawks would prefer their star cornerback wasn’t throwing punches.
