Matt Barkley responds to Merril Hoge’s criticism in a great way

ESPN analyst Merril Hoge was on SportsCenter and absolutely shredded former USC QB Matt Barkley saying that he was a “project.”  Barkley has been highly criticized since the start of last year and used to be considered the consensus #1 player for the 2013 Draft.  Hoge questioned Barkley’s decision-making and arm strength, and used a lot of arrows on ESPN’s touch screen to make his point.

This was the GIF that Barkley posted and it is hilarious.  This is from when Peyton Manning hosted Saturday Night Live and Barkley is clearly making a reference to the downvote button on Reddit.  Well done, Matt.
