Joe Flacco throws game-winning touchdown pass with 4 seconds left

Joe Flacco led the Baltimore Ravens down the field on a last-minute drive and threw this fantastic pass to Marlon Brown for the game-winning touchdown.  The Minnesota Vikings had previously taken the lead on this 79-yard screen pass to Cordarrelle Patterson, after a Jacoby Jones kick return touchdown.  Easily one of the most insane finishes of the year.
