Former Jacksonville Jaguars and New York Jets quarterback David Garrard took to Twitter to express his interest in the St. Louis Rams backup quarterback job. Garrard can’t seem to stay healthy and hasn’t played in a game since 2010 when he was 32. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that the interest is not mutual.
