CBS Analyst Shannon Sharpe rips Bill Belichick for refusing to be interviewed after the Patriots’ loss

After the New England Patriots’ loss to the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship Game, Patriots Head Coach Bill Belichick refused to be interviewed by CBS.  Hall of Fame tight end turned analyst Shannon Sharpe ripped Belichick for his actions and for being a “poor sport.”  For those of you that couldn’t understand some of what he said in the video, here it is:

“There is something to be said about being gracious in defeat. We have seen the New England Patriots 5 times in the last 12 years be victorious. We have seen the opposing coaches that lost come out and talk to our Steve Tasker. Now, Coach Cowher did it when they lost to them. We saw this last week. Bill Belichek makes it real easy for you to root against the Patriots. You can’t be a poor sport all the time. You’re not gonna win all the time. And he does this every time he loses. It is unacceptable”.

Sharpe does have a point and it will be interesting to see what the repercussions are from this.
