Although it was speculated that Johnny Manziel would be the starting quarterback against the Indianapolis Colts this Sunday, Jay Glazer is reporting that Brian Hoyer will keep his spot. Manziel, this year’s first-round pick, took over for a struggling Hoyer last week against the Bills and scored on a rushing touchdown. Hoyer has led the Browns to a 7-and-5 record.
