Tom Thibodeau On Derrick Rose: “Lacking Attack In His Game”

Derrick Rose is starting to get back into his groove having played the last five games for the Chicago Bulls after coming back from injuries. However, coach Tom Thibodeau thinks Rose needs to get his attack back.

“He’s got to attack,” Thibodeau said after practice on Tuesday via ESPN. “That’s the bottom line. Some teams are going under [picks] and some teams will adjust to a blitz. All I know is when he’s pushing the ball up the floor and attacking, that’s who he is. He can’t defer. He can’t pace himself. He’s got to go. That’s the big thing. He’s got to go.”

Rose is averaging 16 points and 5 assists through 13 games of action so far.
