Should Cavs Been Given Technical After David Blatt Tries To Call Timeout With None Left?

Did the Cleveland Cavaliers catch a break before LeBron James’ game-winner? Take a look at the below video of what shows David Blatt attempting to call a timeout multiple times with the team having none left (the result would have been a technical had it been called). Lucky for Blatt, assistant Tyronn Lue made sure the Cavs didn’t pull a ‘Chris Webber’.
