NBA ref attempts to block a Kris Humphries free throw

Wednesday’s Raptors- Nets game featured a new player and way to stop play. The Raptors were trying to sub in at the time of a Kris Humphries free throw attempt. Referee Courtney Kirkland, rather than blowing his whistle, went in for the rejection instead.

It appears that Kirkland has always wanted to swat a player’s shot during a game, because it looks like he’s practicing his vertical his entire ref career.

Humphries has been rejected from yet every angle this year.
