Metta World Peace says on Twitter he is retiring and playing hockey

As a hockey fan, this idea intrigues me greatly.  Metta World Peace was amnestied by the Los Angeles Lakers and is now a free agent.  He says that he currently has no intentions to play basketball next year now that he has been bought out.  Perhaps this hockey idea isn’t just him joking around, he seems to have his next team picked out.

If anything this would be one hell of a publicity stunt by the Kings.  Hopefully World Peace will join a TV Network and become an analyst, that would certainly be entertaining.
